IMPORTANT:
* If you select the option to hang your own sign, we are not responsible for bringing back your signage to our warehouse unless indicated in the note section when requesting a down.
* Please provide photo's if there are special requests (google screenshot with an "x" marked are acceptable examples). ALL commercial installs must provide a photo. Photos are to be emailed to:*rapidosigns@gmail.com*
*HOA listings requirements have to be communicated as they all vary. Agent is responsible for providing details to our installation team in advance.
* Please specify in the note section when placing an installation request if there are the following: Dogs, Turf, Gates, Locks and etc. (We are not permitted to do installations if there are any type of dogs on property during installations for safety reasons. We are not able to do installs if there is hard dirt/concrete and ask for alternative options if available.)
* We are not responsible for broken sprinklers/pipes (especially when pipes are not running to sprinkler/drainage accordance/standards)
* Weather conditions are completely out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for damages caused by natural weather conditions. * All installations are good for* 6 months *and agents are responsible for requesting signs/post down to avoid additional fee's and/or sign and or post taken down.
* If you are inactive for 12 months, please notify us as we are not responsible for signs due to non activity.
* If you switch offices please pick up old signs from our facility.
